Why do you like photography?
Photography is a passion of mine because it allows me to capture and appreciate the beauty in the world. Whether it's a stunning landscape or a simple, everyday object, I love the process of finding and framing a shot that brings out the unique qualities of my subject. Photography allows me to document and preserve special moments and memories, and share my perspective with others. The process of taking a photograph, is always rewarding and exciting for me. Overall, it helps me see the world in a different and meaningful way, and share that appreciation with others.
What encouraged you to be a part of the PA community?
When I moved to Australia, I didn't know anyone and was looking for a way to connect with others who shared my love of photography. I came across the Photographers Anonymous community. I was hesitant at first, but I decided join. I'm so glad I did! The community have been super nice and welcoming, and I've made some great friends through the group. It's a great place for me to learn about photography and share my work with others. Overall, I'm really happy that I decided to join the community, and I'm looking forward to being a part of it.

Which theme did you choose and why? What was your thought process behind the images?
I choose shape because it allows me to focus on the lines and forms within my subjects, creating unique and visually striking compositions. It helps me see the world in a different way and highlights the beauty and form of even the most mundane subjects. The simplicity and clean lines of shape theme photography allow me to express my creativity and see the world in a fresh and artistic way.

Any advice to those who haven't joined a walk yet? What to expect?
If you're on the fence about joining, I highly recommend giving it a try. It's a supportive and welcoming place, and I'm sure you'll find it as rewarding as I have.
